To ensure workers are reliable and provide the best results, we have created a three strike policy that penalizes workers that aren't working up to our standards. In order to keep workers satisfied and engaged, we have created a Level-Up program that rewards workers based on their shifts worked.

We have created a backup worker program where we will send extra workers to make sure all positions are filled. If you don't need the extra workers, then you can send them back, on us. It's time to hire temp workers that are ready to hustle.
